How it works?
Select the date from the calendar below that you would like us to express dispatch your dress.
Please note we dispatch at 4pm Monday - Friday. If you require your outfit for a Saturday or Sunday we suggest to select Thursday. Please note if you live outside of the Australia Post next-day guarantee network it is your responsibility to contact us prior.
Your garment must be then placed back in an express post box by 4pm (at the latest) on your final hire date.
We use Australia Express Post network for shipping. If you live within a metro area you will receive the next business day after it is dispatched. Please feel free to use this calculator to help select the appropriate dispatch date. We dispatch Monday to Friday at 4pm from the postcode 3199 or 3931.
Your hire period starts the day we dispatch from our HQ, which is the date you select within our calendar. Standard hire period is 4 days which is perfect for you if you live in a Metro location. If you are located in a rural destination or a 2-3 business day postal network you need to select an 8 day hire or you will be charged late fees for every day outside the 4 day hire. We post within the Australia Post Express network. It is your responsibility to choose a hire duration and dispatch date based on your location. We recommend checking the Australia Post calculator here for estimated delivery times - we post from post code 3199.

If you receive your item and it does not fit, simply:
1. Contact us at email@example.com within 2 hours of signing for your parcel.
2. Place the item/s immediately into the return satchel provided and post via a yellow express box or lodge over the counter at your local post office.
3. When we receive the item/s back as long as the item/s ade in unworn condition and do not show signs of wear we will issue you a full credit note minus shipping fees.
