INSURANCE - For 1pc garment hire

The Luxe Hire offers an insurance premium at checkout for the customer to accept at their own discretion.

Any insurance premium paid through The Luxe Hire covers the customer for any damage, repair, alteration or additional cleaning required to a total value of $150 includes GST.

Any additional costs above $150 AU paid by The Luxe Hire to rectify, clean or repair an insured hire item will be payable by the customer.

In the event an insured item requires replacement, the customer will be liable for 50% of the RRP if they selected & paid the insurance premium for the hire of the specific item damaged.

The customer will be liable for full repair & replacement costs (up to 250% of the full RRP as noted in Section 5) for items not insured through The Luxe Hire.

The Luxe Hire will not accept any third party insurance policies and the customer acknowledges and accepts full liability and requirement for payment to The Luxe Hire in a prompt manner should additional costs be incurred.

We use Australia Express Post network for shipping. If you live within a metro area you will receive the next business day after it is dispatched. Please feel free to use this calculator to help select the appropriate dispatch date. We dispatch Monday to Friday at 4pm from the postcode 3199 or 3931. 

Your hire period starts the day we dispatch from our HQ, which is the date you select within our calendar. Standard hire period is 4 days which is perfect for you if you live in a Metro location. If you are located in a rural destination or a 2-3 business day postal network you need to select an 8 day hire or you will be charged late fees for every day outside the 4 day hire. We post within the Australia Post Express network. It is your responsibility to choose a hire duration and dispatch date based on your location. We recommend checking the Australia Post calculator here for estimated delivery times - we post from post code 3199.  

We want you to have a seamless and stress free experience with The Luxe Hire.

If you receive your item and it does not fit, simply:

1. Contact us at hello@theluxehire.com.au within 2 hours of signing for your parcel.

2. Place the item/s immediately into the return satchel provided and post via a yellow express box or lodge over the counter at your local post office.

3. When we receive the item/s back as long as the item/s ade in unworn condition and do not show signs of wear we will issue you a full credit note minus shipping fees.
